Daily run: Marathon Training day 1
My run today was 4.28 miles on the streets around our house. The course was relatively flat. The pace was a comfortable 9 min/mile. It was a late run well after dark at 9pm.
I'm in the period that most training "experts" call mileage buildup. I'm trying to really train right this time around to avoid injury and effect a healthy change in my metabolism.
