Update on running
I've been getting good miles in.
>11/07/07 3.14 miles on treadmill in hotel (SO BORING)
>11/09/07 3.56 miles on pavement back home
>11/10/07 4.5 miles run to bluehouse with Addy in chariot, then part way back with out addy.
>11/11/07 4.7 miles run Guadalupe+ route.
>11/12/07 6.0 miles ran home from work. The section of the pecos river through town is very disturbing I counted 120+ dead floating fish on the side of the river on my way home.
We are off to Albuquerque as a family for my vasectomy. Probably won't be running for about a week after that so I want to put in some high mileage runs this week.
